How to measure yourself
Let's get started
Stand in front of a mirror and measure yourself wearing no bra, or a non-padded underwire one.
Use a soft measuring tape.
Over Bust
Wrap the tape measure around your body around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape snug but not too tight. Keep the tape level.
This number is the number you want to put into the bust measurement below. If you're in-between measurements, round up.
Under Bust
Your bra's band supports you, so you need this to be right. Most women are wearing a bra that has a loose under band!
Measure below your bust, or just underneath your underwire. Keep the tape level.

Tips for the perfect fit
Making sure that you have the right size bra for your boobs
The band
1. Did you know that 80% of the support of your bra comes from the band? Having the right size can sure that your girls are being looked after.
The band should:
Be straight and lie flat against you all around without pinching.
Should not ride up. If it does, you might need a smaller band size.
Fit perfectly on the loosest hook.
The Underwire
The underwire should cup your entire breast, lie flat against your ribcage and not pinch or poke you anywhere.
Cups
Your breasts should fill these without spilling out over the top, bottom or sides. If this happens, you may need a bigger cup.
The cups should:
Give a lovely, rounded shape
Lay flat against your breast
Straps
Tightening your straps to create more lift and boost isn't going to work! Instead, they'll just end up digging into to your shoulders and making that lovely new bra uncomfortable.
Straps should be:
Snug, but not tight, and should stay in place without slipping off or digging in. The general rule is that you should be able to fit two fingers in between your shoulder and strap.
Centre Gore
This is the bit that connects the two cups. It should be flush to your chest, with no gaps or spaces. If it doesn't, try going up a cup, or trying a different style of bra that might be more suited to your shape.
