Shipping
Sadly not. Once we have received your order, we are unable to change the address.
If your order arrives at a wrong address because of an error you have made, we are unable to take any responsibility.
It may be possible for you to contact the courier and change the address, but if this is not possible, we are not liable to arrange redelivery or contact the couriers on your behalf.
Sometimes the parcel will be refused and returned to us, and in these circumstances, we will be in touch to organise redelivery to the correct address.
If you are not in, the courier may leave a calling card telling you how to get your parcel. If you have chosen either of these options, they may have delivered it to a neighbour or your safe place; if not, they may have taken it your local delivery office for you to collect.
If you do not have a card, but have received a delivered or missed delivery notification, then please contact the courier to arrange a redelivery or collection.
If it’s been more than 4 working days since you should have received your order, please contact us and we will sort it out as quickly as possible.
We’re sorry about this. It doesn’t happen very often.
Please check that the couriers haven’t delivered it to a neighbour or left in a safe place. Sometimes it may be still in transit or may have been left at your local depot. It is worth contacting the courier to check in the first instance.
If you still cannot locate your order, please contact us and we will assist you. You must contact us within 10 days of dispatch so that we can investigate and track it.

Sizing
So many women are walking around wearing the wrong bra size!! The right size bra should support you and make wearing it comfortable, not a chore. We recommend trying our bra sizer to find your Boa Boa fit.
When you try on a bra, it should be on the last hook and eye (the loosest), which means that you can go up as the material loosens over time. The shoulder straps should sit snuggly on the shoulder and not be tight, or falling off.
The centre front of the bra should sit flush with your chest in the middle and the underwire should be sitting on your rib cage, not on your breast tissue. The underhand should be level all the way around you, and you should be able to pull it away slightly from yourself.
Sister Sizing is a way of sizing up or down from your normal size, where the volume will stay the same and ensure that you will get a comfortable fit. This can work better for you with some styles of bras.
You can go to the right or left of your usual size in the chart below to get your sister size.
The cup letter might change, but the volume will stay the same.
Underwear care
You've bought your new bra, you love it, now you need to know how to wash it to keep it looking it brand spanking new.
Bras are meant to be kept for around six to eight months, but realistically, we all keep them for much longer, and if you look after them, you can keep them in shape and looking good for much longer too.
How often you wash it depends on how often you are wearing it, and your personal preference, but generally it's recommended to wash them every 3 washes or so. This also means that you get to wear other bras, and are helping to maintain the shape on them.
We recommend using a bra bag to wash your undies in wink wink, and you can get one of our fabulous wash bags here.
Just pop your delicates in the wash bag (make sure you have done your bra up so it doesn't catch anything else) and in your washing machine along with your other clothes, and wash according to the washing instructions on the label. We recommend using a gentle detergent and washing at 40 degrees on a delicate cycle. Don't tumble your undies and bras, and hand them to dry so that they keep their shape.
For padded bras, hand washing in luke warm water with mild detergent is best, and then hanging out to dry.
